What is kids' city all about?
Our Kids’ City team is passionate about the next generation. That's why we work hard to connect with children in small groups, helping them experience God's love and learn how to follow Him. It's also why we partner with parents, the primary spiritual influences in a child's life. We believe two combined influences are greater than one, so we use Orange curriculum to bring together the love of the home (red) with the light of Jesus (yellow).
Parent Resources
One way we partner with parents in Kids’ City is by providing resources both to supplement what happens on Sunday mornings and to help equip you as parents with what you need to become the primary spiritual influence for your kids.
Babies
We want your child's earliest experience with the family of God to be a great one. Our Small Group Leaders focus on providing unconditional love so babies learn they are welcome and wanted, by us and by God. You can attend the Celebration Service with an easy mind, knowing your baby will be cared for in a safe place with low leader-to-child ratios.
Toddlers
Your toddler is full of wonder and energy! Through songs, Bible stories, and age-appropriate activities, our Small Group Leaders will help your child embrace the awe-inspiring truth that they can be forever friends with a God who created them and loves them no matter what.
Pre-K
Our preschool groups are so much more than childcare! They are secure environments where Small Group Leaders will help your child experience foundational truths that will shape their future: God made me. God loves me. Jesus wants to be my friend forever.
Elementary
Our K-5th Small Groups are designed to provoke discovery and invite kids into a new understanding of how to grow in relationship with Jesus. Everything our Small Group Leaders teach is based on one of three basic but powerful truths: I need to make the wise choice. I can trust God no matter what. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Along with connecting in a Small Group, your child will experience a fun, interactive large group time with other K-5th graders where they'll sing songs and hear Bible stories geared towards helping them make practical applications of the lessons.
